I've spent my time inside a room without the light
Don't ask me why I'm stuck in the back of my own mind
A grand design, the only answer held by time
I'll peel back skin so you can see what's inside
Take everything from me
You'll come to find the ashes of all you believe
Left behind for everyone to see
You're wasting time, blinded by the light
I hope you realise you only want what's mine
But would you do this too?
I hope you realise the truth is in your eyes
Is this what's left? Is this all there is to know?
The fucking things you put me through
Shackle me to this dark room
Don't give me a reason, this isn't a reason to break me
Peel my skin and see the truth
I need to know
Give me a reason to know
I hope you realise you only want what's mine
But would you do this too?
I hope you realise the truth is in your eyes
Is this what's left? Is this all there is to know?
And in my mind you wasted all of your time
And I'm just waiting for this to end
And in my mind you wasted all of your time
I hope you realise you only want what's mine
I hope you realise the truth is in your eyes
Is this what's left? Is this all there is to know?
I hope you realise you only want what's mine
Is this all there is to know?
I hope you realise, wasted all your time
Is this what's left? Is this all there is to know?
The fucking things you put me through
Shackle me to this dark room
Don't give me a reason, this isn't a reason to break

Not a fan of the new album but this Polaris album is just what I love about metalcore. Saw them live in CH last year and on stage they are amazing. If you're new to Polaris (doubt it) start here ! sachavonkarl74
Chicago deathcore outfit Into the Silo torch everything in sight on this searing new LP with riffs that will leave bruises. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 21, 2022

Heavy and melodic, wild and beautiful. Not a single song on this album I would want to skip. Same league as As I Lay Dying and Insomnium. Can it get any better than this? I doubt it. Hans Wurst
